Holiday Party 505 Style

Here are a few arrangements from a lovely party we did over the Holidays. Ilex berries, burgundy amaryllis,  cherry brandy roses, safari sunset, orange protea, red anemones, and princess pine. A blast of sunny Santa Fe to turn your winter frown upside-down! :)

Real Wedding, Rachel + Rush

 We are delighted to share these amazing photos of Rachel and Rush's wedding with you.  The talented photographer, Jasmine Star provided these incredible shots...it is so fun to relive this weekend all over again!

The ceremony took place at Casa Rodena, a lovely winery in Albuquerque.

Rachel just adored the sensual palette of deep purples off set with crisp clean white.

Rachel's vision came to life with 24 karat gold dipped greenery wrapped around the chuppah, accented with strands of hand strung Dendrobium orchids.  

Oh ya, did we mention Rachel loves gold!  

No really... LOVES gold.

And so do we...a match made in heaven!

The reception was set at the beautiful Hotel Andaluz. To off set the navy linens from La Tavola, we did all white lush aysemmetrical designs of Hydrangea, Polo roses, Lisianthus, Dahilas, Iris, Dendrobium orchids and gold dipped Jasmine vines in beautiful gold mercury glass vessels.

The Bride & Groom's table was so lovely - linens embroidered with organza rosettes. Stunning! 

18 feet of hand strung, double strands of Dendrobium orchids ombre style from white to deep purple created this magical "Curtain". Glorious!

The bride and groom were welcomed into the cocktail reception with a burst of gold confetti!

We didn't want to leave the chandeliers out of all this fun!

A Bit-o-Bling

 

 A little dreamy bridal bouquet treat for you.  Pure gorgeousness made from Cymbidium Orchids, Gardenias, Dahlias and Stephanotis with rhinestones (!).

We did this wedding a few weeks ago and we can't wait to show you what we did this past weekend.  A little hint you ask...two words: Orchid Chandeliers.

Hello Autumn!

 

It's here!  The leaves have changed and there is a chill in the air.  We couldn't' be more excited for festive fall arrangements like this one that showcase the season's colors so well!  

 

How crazy is this Wartah Protea!?  We're just gaga over it! In this arrangement: Sunset Lilies, Black plum foliage, Wartah Protea, Chinese Lanterns, James Storey and Mokara Orchids, Flame Calla lilies, Estelle Roses, Bittersweet and Jasmine vine! 

Simply Southwest

This elegant backyard wedding showcased a whimsical arch made from silver dollar eucalyptus, curly willow, white hydrangea, estelle roses, peach lisianthus, and orange rannuculas. Autumn has made it's grand entrance to Santa Fe! We loved the subtle hues of this sweet wedding!

Talk about fairytale wedding! wow. these amazing centerpieces included several little beauties... Juliette roses, blush dinner plate dahlias, peach stalk, jasmine vines, and possibly cinderella's glass slipper!

Eat Your Greens

Sometimes we fancy a bouquet with fewer flowers and more interesting foliage.  In the case of this arrangement, we've focused on the edible with sprigs of wheat, ornamental Kale, Artichokes, and Lavender herbs.  Blue Sea Holly thistle and seeded Eucalyptus lighten the palette with silvery hues and the richness is created with burgundy Dahlias, Safari Sunset and Diablo Ninebark. 

For the Boho Bride

Check this sweet bohemian-style bridal bouquet Melissa whipped up!  It's everything a gypsy bride could ever want! 

It sings to an unconventional heart with wisps of pheasant feathers, soft Dusty Miller, papery Iceland Poppies, lavender Succulents, fresh herbs of Rosemary and Lavender, Blue thistle, buttercup Rannunculus, Pincushion Protea, fragrant Peach Stock, and a few whimsical Monkey tails.

Dreamy!  We're going to tie scarves to our wrists and run around barefoot now.
